Hireoo provides fixed price tailored labour services to commercial and industrial clients in Melbourne, Australia. This includes container loading and unloading as well as general warehouse labour.
It is a privately-owned family-managed business, which started in 2010 when the founders saw a need for local businesses to be provided with personalized labour services The unique approach of providing an efficient, hands-on service has seen the company grow steadily, to become a preferred supplier for many Melbourne businesses.
Today, the company employs 18 staff and services over 20 commercial accounts.

QUALITY POLICY
Hireoo believe that quality control is at the heart of customer satisfaction. This is achieved through measuring staff performance from a supervisor’s perspective, an employee evaluation and an email survey sent to clients, giving a solid all round perspective on the level of service provided.
Occupational Health and Safety is high on the agenda, with all staff receiving safety training on rules and regulations, equipment safety, safe work methods and feedback to supervisors and reporting concerns.

- Charges per container (Box Rate), to ensure cost effectiveness.
- Specialized quotes for multiple SKU’s per container.
- Well trained professionals to stuff & de-stuff containers with multiple SKU’s on packaging lists and palletizing according to your instructions.
- 24/7 operational and administration contact.
- Containers packed or unpacked at your/client’s site to maximize savings.
- Availability of labour according to specific requirements (Short term/ ongoing).
- Regular visits to client’s premises by supervisors to ensure operational efficiency.
- Forklift drivers and pick packers
